Introducing our initiatives in the fields of the environment and social services.
Safety Initiatives
- While it is a given that we comply with the certification criteria required by the Scaffolding and Construction Equipment Association of Japan, the Company goes above and beyond the safety requirements for scaffolding by, for example, using the load tester at the Tsuchikura Plant to check product strength on a regular basis. Always bearing in mind the fact that we manufacture products with which people entrust their lives, we refuse to make any compromises on quality.
Environmental Consideration
- Our wedge binding-type scaffolding “Shinwa Catcher” and next-generation scaffolding Silent Power System (SPS) offer high transport and conveyance efficiency, thus helping to reduce environmental load. In order to save resources, these products are designed to maximize service life and be manufactured with as little material as possible. At the Tsuchikura Plant, we are also committed to environmental protection by minimizing noise and preventing runoff of fat and oil into rivers.
Participation in Local Communities
- Shinwa signed a partner agreement with Football Club (FC) Gifu, a member of the Japan Professional Football League (J. League). We invite children from the local community to watch sports games to give them dreams and smiles.
Social Contributions
- To fulfill our social responsibility of “underpinning society through the supply of products,” we encourage our employees to take advantage of a volunteer leave system to offer their services for disaster restoration, the Tokyo Olympic/Paralympic Games, and nature/environment protection activities.
