When was Shinwa established?: We started business in September 1977 and were incorporated in August 1979. Because of the merger as a result of the acquisition of our stock by a fund, we were formally established in August 2014, but we have been in business continuously since September 1977.

When was Shinwa listed?: We were listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in March 2018 and on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the First Section of the Nagoya Stock Exchange in March 2019.

Please tell us about your business.: The Shinwa Group has two business segments: The Scaffolding Equipment Division, which is responsible for manufacturing and selling scaffolding equipment mainly used at construction sites and leasing of scaffolding equipment; and the Logistics Equipment Division, which is responsible for manufacturing and selling logistics equipment used mainly for storing and transporting of goods.

Please tell us about your sales offices and other business locations?: For sales offices, we have the Head Office in Kaizu-shi, Gifu; Tokyo Branch in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Osaka Branch in Suita-shi, Osaka; Nagoya Office in Nagoya-shi, Aichi; Satte Office in Satte-shi, Saitama; Fukuoka Branch in Kasuya-gun, Fukuoka; Nagasaki Branch in Isahaya-shi, Nagasaki; and a representative office in Manila, the Philippines.
For equipment centers, we have the Tsuchikura Equipment Center in Kaizu-shi, Gifu; Sugito Equipment Center in Sugito-machi, Saitama; Yokohama Equipment Center in Yokohama, Kanagawa; Kansai Equipment Center in Ikeda-shi, Osaka; and Kumamoto Equipment Center in Kumamoto-shi, Kumamoto.
For manufacturing sites, we have the Tsuchikura Plant in Kaizu-shi, Gifu, and a subcontract factory in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
For a joint company, we have Guangdong Nisshin-Chuangfu Advanced Construction Materials Co., Ltd. in Fushan, Guangdong Province, China.

When are the record dates for dividend payments?: March 31 and September 30 for the year-end dividend and the interim dividend, respectively.
